The Four Indians who were released on administrative bail are believed to have fled the country and failed to present themselves for trial.

60 years old Kothari and 41 years old Sunit Sharma were last seen at Sheraton Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos. While Kumar Sharma, 46, attended University of Delhi, India, Subramanian, 61, attended University of Osmania, India. They are light complexioned and speak English and Hindi fluently. Their last known address is AKS Steel Nigeria Limited/No 48, Olatunbosun Street, Shonibare Estate, Maryland, Lagos Nigeria.
